Joint meeting of Constitutional Court of Albania with the High Court, Tirana, June 1st, 2015.

On June 1st 2015, the Constitutional Court of Albania in cooperation with "Hans Seidel" Foundation held a joint meeting with the High Court on the topic: "Particularities of administrative and constitutional jurisdiction."

The speech of the President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, was related to "The new reality of jurisdictions between the Constitutional Court and the Administrative Court"
whereas, the President of the High Court, Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, referred the actual problems that have arisen regarding the separation of these jurisdictions.

Members and legal advisors of both Courts attending this meeting discussed and exchanged ideas for a more effective justice serving the citizens.
