Joint workshop of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, 28-30 October 2015

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo held a joint workshop on the theme: Aspects of judicial and administrative activity of the constitutional court – differences and similarities between the Constitutional Court of Albania and the Constitutional Court of Kosovo", in Skopje, Macedonia, on 28-30 October 2015.

On the first day of the workshop were presented aspects of the activity of both courts with regard to the communication of the Secretary General with the parties to the Constitutional Court, the relationship between Legal Advisers and Department of Researches and the administration policy of the Constitutional Court. These topics were referred by Mr. Kujtim Osmani, Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mrs. Noela Ruço, Head of Department of Researches, Studies and Publications of this court, and by Mr. Milot Vokshi, Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, and Mr. Nexhat Kelmendi, Legal Advisor at this court.

In the second day of the workshop referred Mr. Shefqet Berisha, Head of the Department of Administration and Human Resources at the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, and Mr. Kujtim Sheshi, Head of Economic and Human Resources Department, at the Constitutional Court of Albania. They displayed respective approaches and practices of each Court related to the administrative support and management of budgetary and human resources.
