Meeting of the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania Bashkim Dedja with the President of the Supreme Audit Office of Poland, Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, May 4, 2016.

On May 4, 2016 the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania Bashkim Dedja received in an official meeting the President of the Supreme Audit Office of Poland Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, which is in Albania in the framework of the start of a joint project "IPA 2013" between the Polish institution and the Supreme State Audit of Albania.

After the presentation of the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Albania, President Dedja answered to Mr. Kwiatkowski interest related to the effect of decisions of the Constitutional Court and stressed the importance of the audit institutions in a well-functioning of a democratic state.

Mr. Kwiatkowski expressed the satisfaction of the cooperation with counterpart institutions in Albania in the field of auditing in the fight against corruption and confirmed that this cooperation will continue to be strengthened by providing real support to increase the audit capacity.

The President of the Supreme Audit Office of Poland, Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, was accompanied in this meeting by the Chairman of the Supreme State Audit of Albania, Bujar Leskaj.
