The President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, took part in the opening ceremony of the new judicial year of the European Court of Human Rights, on January 31, 2014.
As part of this ceremony was organized a seminar on the theme "Implementation of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights: a shared judicial responsibility?" which was attended by about 260 eminent representatives of judicial European institutions.
