A delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania, headed by the President of this Court, Mr. Bashkim Dedja and composed of Mr. Aleksandër Toma, Head of the President’s Cabinet, and Ms. Alma Çomo, Head of Public and International Relations Department, attended the international conference on "The Constitution in the era of global changes and constitutional review objectives", which was organized on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
This international conference also commenced the 8th International Legal Forum of St. Petersburg, which took place in Saint Petersburg on May 15-19, 2018.
President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja held official meetings with the President of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Mr. Valery Zorkin, as well as with the representatives of the Conference of Constitutional Control Organs of Countries of New Democracy (CCCOCND).
During the proceedings of the 8th International Legal Forum participants exchanged experiences in the field of jurisprudence and its modernization at the time of global changes; this is a forum that since 2011 offers unique opportunities for communications in the field of law and international relations.
