Round table talk between Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania and Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Saranda, Albania, 1-4 May 2016.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, with the support of Hans Seidel Foundation, held a round table in Saranda on the topic: "Innovations introduced in the draft law " On the organization and the functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania" in the framework of the reform which is currently being conducted in the system of justice of Albania".

After the opening speeches of the respective Secretary General of two courts, Mr. Kujtim Osmani and Mr. Milot Vokshi, the legal adviser of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Ms. Arta Vorpsi, drew a panorama of all recent amendments of the law. This presentation was followed by numerous discussions of the attendants. Representatives of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo presented the organization and functioning of their court bringing their experience and expressing their opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of this draft-law in matters that require a detailed regulation of problems that they have already encountered during the daily working activity.
