Study visit of the administrative staff of the Constitutional Court of Albania in Constitutional Court of Spain, November 16 -17, 2015

A delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania composed by the Secretary General, Kujtim Osmani, the Director of the Economic and Human Resources Department, Kujtim Sheshi, and Legal Advisors Elsa Toska, Fiona Papajorgji, Olta Aliaj, paid a study visit to the Constitutional Court of Spain, in Madrid, on 16 and 17 November 2015.

During this two-day visit, the delegation was received by the President, Francisco Pérez de los Cobos, the Secretary General, Andrés Javier Gutiérrez Gil, and the Director of Cabinet of the President, José Manuel Pascual Garcia, who stated readiness to strengthen further the cooperation between the two constitutional institutions.

On the first day in the meeting with advisers, Maria del Camino Vidal Fueyo and Juan Carlos Garcia Cabanas, the discussions focused on the legal position of the legal advisors in the Constitutional Court of Spain and their interventions in various constitutional processes.

On the second day during the meeting with the adviser, Luis Pomed Sanchez, and the Economic and Staff Director, José Luis Gisbert Inesta, the representatives of the Albanian Constitutional Court exchanged opinions and shared their respective experiences related to the supporting services to judges and the financial-economic activity of the constitutional institution.

At the end of the visit the Secretaries General of both courts agreed for signing a bilateral cooperation.
