Study visit of the administrative staff of the Constitutional Court of Albania to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, April 17-19, 2014.

At the invitation of the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Sebastian Nerad, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania, headed by the Secretary General, Mr. Kujtim Osmani, held a two-day study visit to the Constitutional Court of Slovenia, during 17 to 19 April 2014. The delegation was composed of directors of three departments in the Constitutional Court, as well as three legal advisers.

During the visit, directors of several departments of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia presented the organization, competences and activities of their respective structures, and legal advisors made a detailed presentation of the organization and their functions. Representatives of both Constitutional Courts had the opportunity to exchange their respective experiences in areas of common interest for the two constitutional institutions.
