Visit of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia in the Constitutional Court of Albania, 19-21 October 2016.

Upon the invitation of the Constitutional Court of Albania, a delegation of the administrative staff of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia, headed by the Secretary General of this court Mr. Sebastian Nerad, paid a study visit to the Constitutional Court of Albania on 19 – 21 October 2016.

This visit is in the framework of the intensification of bilateral relations and follows the study visit of the administrative staff of the Constitutional Court of Albania in Slovenia in 2014.

During the roundtable talk between two administrative staffs, the Secretary General, the Chief of Cabinet of the President, Heads of Departments and legal advisers of the Constitutional Court of Albania introduced the organization and functioning of the court. All participants exchanged experiences and opinions about the details of the organization the daily work, illustrating this even with the most recent changes undertaken in the context of constitutional reform which is going in Albania. 

The Slovenian delegation was received in a special meeting by the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja.
