The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, with the support of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), organized a seminar on "Constitutional Complaint in theory and in practice" on April 27-28, 2017.
The seminar was attended by legal advisers and administrative staff of the Constitutional Court. Lecturer of the seminar was Prof. Dr. Jan Bergmann, chairman of the Senate at the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and professor of European law.
The seminar addressed various topics such as European dogmas of human rights, human rights as an expression of the system of values, human rights as rights of protection, human rights as contributory or participatory rights; categories of human rights, fundamental freedoms, fundamental rights of equality, procedural fundamental rights; competition of fundamental rights and the collision of fundamental rights.
