15th Anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, February 25th – 26th, 2010

On the occasion of the 15th Anniversary of its foundation, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova organized the International Conference on: “Guaranteeing of the supremacy of the Constitution – basic function of the Constitutional Court,” which was held in Chisinau, Moldova, on February 25th – 26th, 2010. In this activity, the Constitutional Court was represented by Mrs. Vitore Tusha, judge, and Mrs. Valbona Pajo, legal adviser. During the second session of the conference proceedings, Mrs. Tusha delivered a speech on: “Constitutional Court as a guarantor of the fundamental human rights and freedoms sanctioned by the Constitution of the Republic of Albania,” which was published in the special bulletin of the conference papers.
