A delegation of the Turkish Court of Jurisdictional Disputes visits the Constitutional Court of Albania, 6-7 October 2015

On 6 - 7 October 2015 a delegation of the Turkish Court of Jurisdictional Disputes composed of Mr. Serdar Özgüldür, President of the Court, Mr. Nuri Necipoğlu, vice-President, Mr.Ufuk Yeşil, Secretary General, and the judges: Ms. Gülten Fatma Büyükeren, Ms. Gülşen Akar Pehlivan, Mr.Selim Şamil Kaynak, Mr. Taşkin Çelik, Ms. Birgül Yiğit, Mr. İsmail Sari, Ms. Filiz Budak, made a working visit at the Constitutional Court of Albania.

On October 6, the Turkish delegation was received in a formal meeting by the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja. At the meeting the parties discussed about the further cooperation between courts.

Later, the delegation visited the premises of the Court and met with other members of the Constitutional Court of Albania. The discussions during the roundtable talk held on this occasion between members of both courts, were focused on the exchange of experiences of the respective opinions.

The official meeting and the roundtable was attended also by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in the Republic of Albania, Mr. Hidayet Bayraktar.
