October 15th – 16th, 2009

On October 15th – 16th, 2009, it was held in Bucharest, Romania, the Preparatory Meeting of the Circle of Presidents of the European Constitutional Courts regarding the organization of the XV Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts. This meeting was principally focused on the approval of agenda of the Preparatory Meeting of the Circle of Presidents for the organization of this Congress and on the selection of its main theme. According to the Resolution IV adopted, the XV Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts will be organized in Bucharest, Romania, on May 23rd – 27th, 2011 and its main theme will be: “Constitutional justice: functions and relations with other public authorities.” In this activity, Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania was represented by Mr. Sokol Berberi, judge, and Mr. Kujtim Osmani, Secretary General.
