Opening of the new judicial year of the European Court of Human Rights, Strasbourg, France, January 28th, 2011

Upon the invitation of Mr. Jean - Paul Costa, President of the European Court of Human Rights, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, accompanied by Mrs. Ela Elezi, specialist at the Department of Public and International Relations, took part in the seminar entitled: "What are the limits to the evolutive interpretation of the Convention," organized on the occasion of the opening of the new judicial year 2011 of the European Court of Human Rights. The delegation of the Constitutional Court also attended the Solemn Hearing held in the framework of this activity.
