Upon the invitation of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and of the organizers of St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, Constitutional Court of Albania participated in the special online edition of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 9 ½ on the topic: "Rule of Corona", which took place on 10 - 12 April 2020.
The purpose of online organization of this annual event was to gather all participants in a global discussion of the legal aspects of public life in the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic and development of legal solutions to help combat the virus, at a time when the role of law as a universal social regulator becomes more relevant than ever.
Proceedings of this special online International Forum 9 ½ were greeted and moderated by outstanding representatives in various fields of law, and not only, such as the President of the ECtHR, Mr. Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos, the General Director Human Rights and Rule of Law, Council of Europe, Mr. Christos Giakoumopoulos, etc., who exchanged their opinions and discussed on the recently emerged issues such as the human rights under quarantine, quarantine and civil law, remedies during pandemic, remote employment, public administration and legislation during pandemic, etc.
