In the context of growth and intensification of regional cooperation between constitutional courts, the Constitutional Court of Albania in cooperation with "Hans Seidel" Foundation hosted a roundtable with the administrative staff (General Secretaries, directors, legal advisers and specialists) of the Constitutional Courts of Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo with the theme: "Characteristics of the decision-making process before the Constitutional Court ". The event took place at the premises of the Resort "Rafaelo" in Shëngjin, Lezha, from 6 to 8 May 2015.
The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Macedonia was headed by the Secretary General of the Court, Mrs. Olivera Filipovska, the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro was headed by the Deputy Secretary General of the Court, Mrs. Dragica Davidović, and the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo was headed by the Secretary General of the Court, Mr. Milot Vokshi.
On the first day of regional activity, after the opening speech of the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Kujtim Osmani, and the Director of Cabinet of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Aleksandër Toma, the participants dealt the topics: "The administrative review of application"; "The preliminary review of applications by the Judge’s Chamber" and "Review in Plenary session."
On the second day, references and discussions were focused on: "The announcement and entry into force of decisions of the Constitutional Court" and "The execution of the Constitutional Court decisions".
