Seminar on "The development of constitutional jurisprudence, the principle of proportionality", organized in cooperation with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), October 9-11, 2013.

A joint seminar on the topic "The development of constitutional jurisprudence CFC of Germany, the ECHR/ECJ, the principle of proportionality" was organized in the framework of the cooperation between the Constitutional Court of Albania and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), in October 9-11, 2013. Lecturer at the seminar was again Prof. Dr. Jan Bergmann, presiding judge at the Administrative Court of Stuttgart.

Issues addressed and discussed by the participants during the workshop were related to the recognition and implementation of the principle of proportionality and fundamental social human rights in the case law of the European Court of Justice, the European Court of Human Rights and Federal Constitutional Court of Germany.
