Seminar on the administrative law, organized in cooperation with German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), March 19 – 21, 2013.

In the framework of cooperation between the Constitutional Court of Albania and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), in March 19 – 21, 2013 was organized a joint seminar on the administrative law with the lecturer Prof. Dr. Jan Bergmann, presiding judge at the Administrative Court of Stuttgart, and with the participation of legal advisers of the Constitutional Court and its administrative staff.

The seminar addressed some issues like the control scheme of administrative claim; the undefined legal concepts and discretion; the administrative procedural law in force in the European Union; etc. Several case studies presented by the lecturer were discussed with the participants in seminar.

Also, Prof. Dr. Jan Bergmann held a meeting with the President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, during which they exchanged opinions and appreciated the cooperation with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation.
