Study visit of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania to the Constitutional Court of Croatia, 24 – 26 April 2016

 Upon the invitation of the Constitutional Court of Croatia, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania composed of Mr. Kujtim Osmani, Secretary General, Mr. Kujtim Sheshi, Head of the Financial and Human Resources Department, Ms. Kaliona Nushi, Ms. Jonida Kondili and Ms. Fiona Papajorgji, legal advisers to the judges, paid a two-day study visit to the Constitutional Court of Croatia.

During this visit, the representatives of both constitutional courts exchanged their respective experiences in the field of constitutional judgment and administration of courts.

The Albanian delegation held working meetings with the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Croatia, Dr. Teodor Antić, and heads of homologue structures of this court, where the participants discussed about the respective authorities of both constitutional courts.

The delegation was also received in a special meeting by the President of the Constitutional Court of Croatia, Mrs. Jasna Omejec, who put the emphasis on the continuity of reciprocal cooperation in fields of common interests for both of our constitutional institutions.
