Visit of a delegation from the administrative staff of the Constitutional Court of Albania at the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, 14-16 June 2012

At the invitation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania composed of Mr. Kujtim Osmani, Secretary General, legal advisors, heads of departments, and other representatives of the administration staff of the court, paid an official visit at the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

The delegation was received by the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, Prof. Dr. Ivan Čukalović, Judge, Mr.Sc. Arberesha Raça - Shala, Secretary General, heads of departments, legal advisors and other specialists of this institution.

The topics of discussion at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo were the mutual exchange of experiences in terms of work load management, legal advisors’ work in drafting the opinions and decisions, budget management, research activities, international relations, studies and publications etc.
During its stay at the Republic of Kosovo, the delegation visited sites of historical significance as the home of Adem Jashari in Prekaz, Gjakova Old Bazaar, and the source of White Drin River in Radovc and marble caves of Gadime in Lipljan.

This visit was organized in the framework of implementation of the memorandum of understanding on mutual cooperation and assistance in areas of common interest between the two Constitutional Courts, signed in Tirana on April 18th, 2011.
