Workshop entitled "Recent Developments in the activity of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and the Constitutional Court of Albania", 5 - 6 December 2016.

In the framework of the agreement for bilateral cooperation the administrative staff of both constitutional courts (Constitutional Court of Albania and Constitutional Court of Kosovo) attended a two-day workshop entitled “Recent Developments in the activity of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and the Constitutional Court of Albania". This activity took place on 5 - 6 December 2016 in Durres. The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo was headed by the Secretary General of this court, Mr. Milot Vokshi.

The opening and welcome speech of the activity was held by the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, who appreciated the long and fruitful cooperation with the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and gave an overview of the reform in the judicial system in Albania and in particular the amendments to the Law governing the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Albania.

During the two days of the workshop, the participants exchanged experiences related to the current problems and future challenges regarding the organization and functioning of the constitutional court.
