XVIIth Congress of the Conference of the European Constitutional Courts, Circle of Presidents – Preparatory Meeting, Batumi - Georgia, 9 - 11 September 2015.

A delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania composed of Mr. Bashkim Dedja, President of the Court, Mr. Fatmir Hoxha, Judge and Ms. Thomaida Xhoxhaj, specialist in the Department of Public and International Relations, participated in the Circle of Presidents (Preparatory Meeting) that took place in the context of the XVIIth Congress of the Conference of the European Constitutional Courts, in Batumi Georgia, from 9 to September 11, 2015.

Presidents attending the Preparatory Meeting of the Circle of Presidents representing full members of 41 countries, including the Constitutional Court of Albania, decided on the organizational framework of the next Congress, which will take place in 2017.

Circle of Presidents (Preparatory Meeting) was followed by the International Conference organized by the Constitutional Court of Georgia on the topic "Application of International Treaties by the Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Bodies: challenges to the dialogue."
