XVIIth International Congress of European and Comparative Constitutional Law Regensburg, Germany, 16-17 October 2015

At the invitation of Prof. Dr. Rainer Arnold, Head of the "Jean Monnet" Department and Secretary General of the Network of European Constitutional Law, two representatives of the Albanian Constitutional Court, Mr. Kujtim Osmani, Secretary General and Ms. Arta Vorpsi, legal advisor, participated in the XVIIth International Congress of European and Comparative Constitutional Law. The Congress took place in Regensburg, Germany, on 16-17 October 2015.

For several years, the Constitutional Court of Albania takes part in this international event, which gives the opportunity not only to deepen knowledge in various fields of law, but also to discuss current constitutional developments with constitutional judges and distinguished academics from different countries.

In response to the invitation of Prof. Dr. Arnold, which is evidence of the continuity of the excellent cooperation and also appreciation for the professional opinion, in this Congress Ms. Arta Vorpsi made a presentation on the topic: "Constitutional Courts and the Ordinary Courts: Cooperation or Conflict?"
