The President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, attended the 15th International Congress of European and Comparative Constitutional Law, which was held in Regensburg, Germany, from 31st May – 1st June 2013. The Congress was organized by the University of Regensburg, Jean Monnet Chair, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Rainer Arnold and in cooperation with the Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). This is an annual activity which brings together judges from the constitutional courts of different countries, as well as university lecturers and academics, who make their presentations and discuss about topics of common interest.
