6th Summer School of Training and Development of Human Resources, Ankara, Turkey, 17 - 21 September 2018.

Upon the invitation of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey, Prof. Dr. Zühtü ARSLAN, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania, composed of Ms. Kaliona Nushi and Mr. Ermal Tauzi, legal advisers at this court, attended the 6th Summer School program organized by the Human Resources Training and Development Center of the Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions' Association. The topic of this year's program was "The right to freedom and security" and was held in Ankara, Turkey, on September 17-21, 2018.

Each of the participants in the program held a presentation on the topic: "Right to freedom and security" by briefly analyzing the law and practice in their respective countries, and providing a summary of previous court judgments reflecting the established judicial practice.
Participation in this kind of activities serves to a very fruitful exchange of information and experiences, and is an opportunity to hear different thoughts that will help to improve the quality of future judgments.
