In the framework of the implementation of the memorandum of understanding on reciprocal cooperation mutual assistance in areas of common interest between the Constitutional Court of Albania and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, a joint roundtable took place on 5-6 April 2017, in Kosovo, on the topic "The latest reforms and developments in the activity of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and of the Constitutional Court of Albania". The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania, headed by the Secretary General of this court, Mr. Kujtim Osmani, consisted of the Director of the Cabinet, Mr. Aleksandër Toma, legal advisors, head of directorates and sectors and some of the specialists of this court.
The joint roundtable opened the proceedings with the welcoming speeches of the general secretaries of both courts, and followed with discussions of legal advisers and heads of relevant structures, focusing on changes brought by the entry into force of the new law on the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Albania and exchanged relevant experiences in the field of the organization and functioning of the constitutional courts.
