On the occasion of the 15th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Constitutional Court of Moldova organized the International Conference on: “Constitutional Values as fundamental factors for the stability of democratic regime”, which took place in Chisinau, Moldova, on July 22 – 24, 2009. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania was represented in this activity by Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, member of the court, and Mr. Durim Kadiu, Director of the Cabinet of President. During the third session of this International Conference, Mr. Zaganjori delivered a speech on “The evolution of constitutional justice in the viewpoint of the European Court of Human Rights – the Albanian case”, which will be published in the collection of the Conference materials.
