The 5th Congress of ACCPUF (Association of Constitutional Court that use French Language) was held in Cotonou, Benin, Africa, on June 22 – 28, 2009, on the invitation of the Constitutional Court of Benin. The main theme of the Congress, an activity organized every three years and which has become a tradition, was “Constitutional Jurisdictions and crisis”. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania was represented in this activity by Mr. Kujtim Puto, member of the Constitutional Court and Mr. Dardan Mustafaj, legal adviser.
