On January 18, 2016, the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja received a delegation from the Republic of San Marino, who is on a working visit to the Supreme Court of Albania. The delegation was headed by Ms. Valeria Pierfelici, President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of San Marino, and Mr. Giancarlo Venturini, Minister of Justice and Interior.
The delegation was also accompanied by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of San Marino in Albania His Excellency Mr. Giuseppe Della Balda.
During the meeting President Dedja made a detailed description of the functioning and decision-making process of the Constitutional Court of Albania, highlighting commonalities and the particularities of the constitutional adjudication.
