On the invitation of the President of the Constitutional Court of Austria, Prof. Dr. Gerhart Holzinger, it was organized in Vienna, Austria, the Preparatory Meeting of the Circle of Presidents in the framework of preparations for the 16th Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts, to be held in Vienna, from 12 – 14 May 2014. This meeting was also attended by the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, and one of its members, Mr. Sokol Berberi.
