Seminars and other events for the year 2015

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, in cooperation with the Foundation "Hanns Seidel", on 22 December 2015 organized the promotion of the publication of its decisions whose object was guaranteeing of the right to property within the period 1993-2015.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo held a joint workshop on the theme: Aspects of judicial and administrative activity of the constitutional court – differences and similarities between the Constitutional Court of Albania and the Constitutional Court of Kosovo", in Skopje, Macedonia, on 28-30 October 2015.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, with the support of the German Foundation "For International Legal Cooperation", organized a seminar on the topic "Relations of the Constitutional Court with the media, the Constitutional Procedural Law and the protection of Human Rights," with the participation of legal advisers and the administrative staff of the Court.

On June 1st 2015, the Constitutional Court of Albania in cooperation with "Hans Seidel" Foundation held a joint meeting with the High Court on the topic: "Particularities of administrative and constitutional jurisdiction."

In the context of growth and intensification of regional cooperation between constitutional courts, the Constitutional Court of Albania in cooperation with "Hans Seidel" Foundation hosted a roundtable with the administrative staff (General Secretaries, directors, legal advisers and specialists) of the Constitutional Courts of Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo with the theme: "Characteristics of the decision-making process before the Constitutional Court ". The event took place at the premises of the Resort "Rafaelo" in Shëngjin, Lezha, from 6 to 8 May 2015.
