On January 14-16, 2024, the full bench of judges of the Constitutional Court of Albania paid a study visit to the German Federal Constitutional Court.
The visit was organized in two working sessions, with presentations from the judges of both constitutional courts, which were later followed by discussions and elaborations on the most important topics. Discussions were mainly focused on topics related to: individual constitutional complaint, constitutional review of normative acts, challenges of communication and relations of constitutional courts with the public, as well as the relationship between the ECHR/ECtHR and domestic law/national constitutional courts.
