First Regional Forum on the Rule of Law for Southeast Europe, Budva, Montenegro, March 28-29, 2014.

From 28 to 29 March 2014 in Budva, Montenegro, was held the First Regional Forum on the Rule of Law for Southeast Europe.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania was represented by a delegation consisting of the President of the Court Mr. Bashkim Dedja and the Director of Cabinet Mr. Aleksandër Toma.

 

During the first day of the event welcomed and introduced the Forum the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice of Montenegro, Dusko Markovic, the President of the High Court of Montenegro, Vesna Medenica, and the Program Manager for Western Balkans of AIRE Center, Biljana Braithwaite.

The speakers on the second day of the Forum were the judges of the European Court of Human Rights, constitutional judges, members of the Venice Commission and professors of law.
