The first step to be addressed to the Constitutional Court is the submission of a written application. Any subject would be able to perform this action by filling in the form available at the Constitutional Court website, or by compiling a written application respecting its formal elements, according to the provisions of the Law no.8577, dated 10.02.2000 “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court.”
The application is filed with the Constitutional Court at the Judicial and Documentation Department. All the applications must have attached the respective documents, in conformity with the requests of Article 29 of the Law no.8577, dated 10.02.2000 "On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court."
The applications can also be sent by mail at the mailing address of the Constitutional Court: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.26, Tiranë.
