Promotion of publication of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Albania on the right to property from 1993 to 2015.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, in cooperation with the Foundation "Hanns Seidel", on 22 December 2015 organized the promotion of the publication of its decisions whose object was guaranteeing of the right to property within the period 1993-2015.

 

The opening speech was held by the President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, which was followed by speeches of important personalities of the Albanian state: Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, President of the Supreme Court and former member of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Arben Isaraj, Deputy Minister of Justice, Mr. Kujtim Puto, former member of the Constitutional Court, etc.
