Round table on the topic "The fair trial as an important constitutional guarantee," April 18th, 2013
Constitutional Court of Albania and the Supreme Court of Albania, in cooperation with "Hanns Seidel" Foundation, organized a round table on the topic: "Fair trial as an important constitutional guarantee."
This joint activity was attended by members of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, representatives of Albanian School of Magistrates and Tirana University, legal advisers and specialists from both courts.
The activity focused on presentations and discussions by the participants regarding the fair trial and in particular, the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court related to it.
Mr. Ardian Dvorani, member of the Supreme Court, and Mrs.Arta Vorpsi, legal advisor at the Constitutional Court made their presentations on this subject.
The event was attended and greeted by Prof.Dr.hcmult Hans Zehetmair, President of the "Hanns Seidel" Foundation.
