7th Seminar of National Correspondents of ACCPUF

On November 18th – 19th, 2010, took place in Paris, France, the 7th Seminar of National Correspondents of ACCPUF (Association of Constitutional Courts that use French Language) on the topic: "Functioning of Constitutional Courts during the Elections." In this activity, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania was represented by Ms. Ela Elezi, specialist at the Department of Public and International Relations. The seminar of the national correspondents was organized by ACCPUF, in cooperation with the International Organization of Francophone and the Venice Commission. The focus of this seminar was the protection of electoral rights before the Constitutional Courts, which was discussed extensively by participants taking aim at sharing their respective experiences in this regard.
