Round table on non-execution of courts’ decisions, March 15th – 16th, 2010

Mr. Sokol Berberi, member of the Constitutional Court, took part in the Round Table on "Effective remedies against non-execution or delayed execution of domestic judicial decisions," which was organized by the Department for the execution of the European Court’s judgments in the context of the Council of Europe project entitled “Removing the obstacles to the non-enforcement of domestic court decision/Ensuring an effective implementation of domestic court judgments,” and was held in Strasbourg, France, on March 15th – 16th, 2010.
